Reducing Risks with Market Neutral Investment Strategies

Image
Market-neutral investment strategies are not about investing in financial products that are safe from the fluctuations affecting the market. A market-neutral strategy is about creating a hedge against the factors affecting the market by adopting different positions.  This approach is focused on generating absolute returns in the long-term instead of relative returns or immediate profits. Using market-neutral investment strategies is ideal for investors who have some experience with stock picking or who can benefit from the recommendations of a qualified investment advisor or fund manager. There are a few concepts you should be familiar with to gain a better understanding of market-neutral strategies.  For more info, click here to get a free copy of my e-book Reducing Risks with Market Neutral Investment Strategies Wesbite: antoinecureton.com Instagram: Solidified Twitter: Solidified Facebook: SolidRatio

Image

Power Hour, from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Eastern time period is often one of the best hours of the day for day traders, offering the biggest moves in the shortest amount of time. Many pro day traders stop trading around 11:30 am, because that's when volatility and volume tend to taper off. That's also when the London Stock Exchange closes. The following is a list of rush hours in the stock market: Rush hours 9:30–9:40 am Stocks that open higher or lower than they closed typically continue rising or falling for the first five to 10 minutes… 9:40–10:00 am …before reversing course for the next 20 minutes—unless the overnight news was especially significant. 10:00 am In either

Tesla could soar over 300%, to $2,500, in the next three years, the venture capitalist and veteran tech analyst Gene Munster told CNBC on Monday . A move like that would push Tesla's market capitalization, now $567 billion, to over $2 trillion. Only one other US-listed company - Apple - has passed that number. The Loup Ventures cofounder said Tesla would evolve over the next few years to become more than just a car company. "They're really going to take their tech that they're defining and pioneering with auto and applying it to new markets," he said. "Elon has recently said that there's 30% to 40% of the value of the car could be in insurance," Munster said. "What that means is that they can start offering their own insurance and improve margins. That's high-margin revenue. Not to mention everything they're doing around over-the-air updates with autonomy and what they can even do around HVAC." Munster also pointed to flying tax

It's Time to Lock-IN

It's Time to Lock-IN I didn't go to sleep till 3 am this morning, I was up planting the seeds of passive income for the future. I set my alarm for 9 am in an attempt to get at least 6 hours of rest. However, around 6:30 am I was back up creating content and I was as motivated as ever. There has been a paradigm shift and I'm absorbing all aspects of it. Sometimes, in life you feel that you are failing, nothing's working and there's no hope, in these moments, you got to take a step back, remove your emotions from the equation and don't overthink it. The universe has a way of revealing signs when your actions aren't in alignment with your thoughts.  When you really want something you'll become a problem solver, nothing will stop you from deter you from that mission. I am not saying that you can't have bad days, I am saying that if your tired or frustrated take a break, but don't quit! Sometimes it's just not your time or you h
